1. Who operates xLuxuryFlights.com?

xLuxuryFlights.com is a premium First & Business Class flights and Flight + Hotel packages brand operated by X-Holidays Ltd, a UK-registered and fully licensed online travel agency.

X-Holidays Ltd is ATOL-licensed by the UK Civil Aviation Authority under ATOL number 12584. All eligible Flight + Hotel packages booked through us are financially protected under this licence.


2. What types of flights can I book?

Our main focus is premium cabins – First Class and Business Class – on leading international airlines.

All fares shown on xLuxuryFlights.com are live prices pulled from airlines and trusted travel suppliers, so you can check availability and book online without waiting for a manual quote.

If you’re looking for Economy or lower-budget options, you can also book via our main website X-Holidays.com, which offers a wider range of cabins and prices.


3. Do you offer Flight + Hotel packages?

Yes. On the search panel, simply choose “Flight + Hotel” instead of “Flights only”.

This builds a dynamic package that combines your flights with a choice of hotels. Where your trip starts in the UK and includes flights, these packages are normally ATOL protected under our licence.


4. Are all bookings ATOL protected?

Flight + Hotel packages departing from the UK are usually covered by our ATOL (12584) and you’ll receive an ATOL Certificate showing what is protected.

Some services are not  ATOL protected – for example:

  • Stand-alone hotel bookings without flights
  • Bookings that start outside the UK (e.g. New York to Dubai)

5. Can I book Economy Class with you?
xLuxuryFlights.com is designed primarily for
First & Business Class travellers.

If you prefer Economy, Premium Economy or lower-budget holidays, you can also book via our main website X-Holidays.com, which offers a full range of cabin types and price points, including more budget-friendly options.


6. How do I get the best price on your site?
All prices are live and dynamic – they come directly from airlines and trusted travel suppliers. To get the best price we recommend:
• Being flexible with dates where possible
• Checking nearby UK departure airports
• Booking early for peak dates (school holidays, Christmas, New Year, major events)



Because our pricing is live, you can try a few different dates and airports and see cheaper options instantly, instead of waiting for multiple quote emails.

If you have a complex itinerary or group trip, please contact us with your details and we’ll help you look at options.


7. Can you hold or reserve a fare for me?
Some airlines allow short
fare holds, others don’t – it depends on the fare rules.
In many cases, a fare is only guaranteed once
full payment has been taken and your ticket has been issued. If you need time to decide, please ask us and we’ll confirm whether a hold is possible on your chosen flights.


8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major
debit and credit cards, including (subject to change): Visa, Mastercard, American Express and selected digital wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.
All payments are processed securely. Any bank or card-issuer fees (for example foreign-card charges) are set by your bank, not by us.


9. Can I change or cancel my booking?
Change and cancellation rules depend on the
fare type and hotel policy you choose at the time of booking. Many premium fares are non-refundable or carry airline penalties plus our admin fees for changes.

If you need to amend or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible with your
booking reference and we’ll explain the options available.


10. How will I receive my tickets and travel documents?
Most bookings are
e-tickets. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, your travel documents are normally sent by email  to the address used at the time of booking.
For packages, you may receive separate documents for
flights, hotel vouchers, and any added extras such as transfers.


11. Can I add seat selection, baggage or other extras?
Many airlines allow you to add
seats, extra baggage, lounge access or other extras after booking.
In some cases you can do this directly on the airline’s website using your airline reference, and in other cases we can assist. Fees are set by the airline and are in addition to your ticket price.


12. Do you offer special assistance or accessibility support?
Yes. If you or anyone in your party requires
special assistance (for example wheelchair help, medical equipment, or seating preferences for mobility reasons), please let us know before you travel – ideally at the time of enquiry or booking.
We will liaise with the airline and, where relevant, the hotel to request suitable arrangements, but all special assistance remains subject to the policies and availability of each provider.
