1.1. X-Holidays Ltd (“X-Holidays”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to acting ethically, responsibly, and with integrity in all its business operations. We acknowledge our responsibility under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and are dedicated to combating modern slavery and human trafficking within our supply chains and operations.


1.2. X-Holidays.com, X-Holidays, XHolidays and xLuxuryFlights.com are trading names of X-Holidays Ltd. This Modern Slavery Act 2015 Compliance Statement applies to all of our brands and business activities, including those carried out via X-Holidays.com and xLuxuryFlights.com.


2. Our Supply Chains

2.1. X-Holidays recognises that transparency and due diligence are crucial in identifying and addressing risks of modern slavery in

our supply chains. We strive to work collaboratively with our suppliers to ensure compliance with the principles set out in the Modern Slavery Act.

2.2. We conduct regular assessments of our supply chains to evaluate the risk of modern slavery, and we engage with our suppliers to promote awareness and understanding of their obligations under the Modern Slavery Act.


3. Policies and Training

3.1. X-Holidays maintains robust policies and procedures to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business. Our employees are informed about the risks of modern slavery and are trained to identify and report any concerns promptly.

3.2. We are committed to continuously improving our policies and ensuring that they remain effective in addressing the challenges posed by modern slavery.

4.1. X-Holidays conducts ongoing risk assessments to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery within our supply chains. This includes assessments of our direct suppliers as well as assessments of high-risk sectors and regions.

4.2. We engage with suppliers to understand their policies and practices related to modern slavery, and we work collaboratively to address

any identified risks. We never knowingly support modern slavery and/or unfair work practices.

5.1. X-Holidays is committed to maintaining transparency and accountability in our efforts to combat modern slavery. We regularly report on our progress and initiatives through our corporate communications and public disclosures.

5.2. We encourage employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report any concerns related to modern slavery, and we have established channels for reporting and investigation.

6.1. X-Holidays is dedicated to the ongoing improvement of our practices to combat modern slavery. We regularly review and

update our policies, conduct training programs, and collaborate with industry partners to stay informed about best practices and emerging challenges.
